শর্তাবলী

এই অ্যালামনাই সদস্যপদ আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেনঃ

আবেদনপত্রে প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্য আপনার জানা মতে সঠিক ও সত্য হতে হবে।
ভুয়া বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান করলে আপনার আবেদন বাতিল হতে পারে বা সদস্যপদ স্থগিত/বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
সদস্যপদের জন্য যোগ্য হতে হলে আপনাকে এই বিদ্যালয় থেকে এস.এস.সি (বা সমমান) পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে এবং তা অবশ্যই ১০ বছরের বেশি সময় আগে হতে হবে।
সদস্যপদ নিশ্চিত করা হবে শুধুমাত্র পেমেন্ট যাচাই সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর।
অ্যালামনাই অ্যাসোসিয়েশন যে কোনো আবেদন গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে, এবং এর জন্য কারণ প্রদানের বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই।
সদস্যদের সর্বদা বিদ্যালয় ও অ্যালামনাই অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের মর্যাদা ও সুনাম রক্ষায় সচেষ্ট থাকতে হবে।
আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অ্যালামনাই কার্যক্রমের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে এবং আপনার সম্মতি ছাড়া তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে না।
অ্যাসোসিয়েশন যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে এবং সদস্যদের সে সম্পর্কে জানানো হবে।
আগ্রহী সদস্যকে অবশ্যই যেকোনো বৈধ কর্মসংস্থানের সাথে যুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
সদস্যকে প্রতি মাসে নিয়মিতভাবে ১০০/- টাকা মাসিক চাঁদা প্রদান করতে হবে, যা সদস্যপদ বজায় রাখার জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক।
যদি কোনো সদস্যের ১ বছরের মাসিক চাঁদা বকেয়া থাকে, তবে তার সদস্যপদ স্থগিত থাকবে। এ সময় তিনি কোনো মিটিংয়ে উপস্থিত থাকার অধিকার এবং কমিটিতে দায়িত্ব পালনের অধিকার থেকে বঞ্চিত হবেন।

By submitting this alumni membership application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All information provided in this application must be accurate and true to the best of your knowledge.
Any false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application or cancellation of your membership
To be eligible for membership, you must have passed the SSC (or equivalent) examination from this school more than 10 years ago.
Membership will be confirmed only after the submitted payment is verified by the association
The association reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing specific reasons.
Members are expected to maintain the dignity and reputation of the school and the alumni association at all times.
Your personal information will be used solely for alumni association purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent
The Association reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and members will be notified accordingly.
An interested member must be associated with any valid employment.
The member must pay a regular monthly subscription fee of BDT 100, which is mandatory for maintaining active membership.
If a member has outstanding monthly subscription fees for one year, their membership shall be suspended. During this period, the member will lose the right to attend any meetings and will not be eligible to hold any position or perform duties in the committee.
